When transitioning from a paid plan to a free plan on our Google Sheet extension, we want to inform you that your credits will be retained for a period of 30 days. This means that you will still have access to and be able to use your credits during this period. However, please note that after the 30-day period, your credits will be removed unless you switch back to a paid plan.
If you decide to switch back to a paid plan before the expiration of the 30 days, your credits will be preserved, and you can continue using them as usual. However, if you choose to remain on the free plan after this period, any remaining credits will be permanently deleted.
We encourage you to manage your transition between paid and free plans carefully, keeping in mind this credit retention policy. Make sure to take appropriate action to utilize your remaining credits before they are lost.
